I've started a food blog...mostly as a food journal for myself... but for people who know me, I am obsessed with food. Literally... I think about it constantly. I am hoping that keeping track of my thoughts about food and what I'm actually making and eating may help me in some way - to determine triggers and the ebb and flow of my appetite. I'll post pics if I make anything yummy or nasty :).
